    Posted to the github discussion to provide an update on the tool for creating and checking local plan data.

    We consider local plans to be a subset of development plans, however the current focus is to make a dataset of local plans for the England. Therefore we have created a specific consideration for local plans to do this work but lots of the research has been done and captured in the development plans consideration.
