  As per some research we did, summarised in this blog on an analysis of local plans and local area requirements, we're confident that this consideration acts as an INPUT to the process of creating a local plan.

  It would appear that the data for 'Parish' is updated on the ONS Parishes Boundaries EW BFE annually in May each year. In the absence of any further information, this is what we have marked the data update frequency as.
