Each planning consideration we work on passes through the stages of our design process. At each stage we are trying to learn enough to more on to the next stage.

One of the things we want to look into next is the rates that are included in the CIL schedules.
One thing we learnt is that the rate is often multiplied by an index figure to calculate CIL figures for a given time period. This document from Wychavon provides helpful guidance

In Nov and Dec 2024 we visited LPA websites to see if they had CIL schedules available. Where they did, we created a document record. This data is now available on the platform
