As per some research we did, summarised in this blog on an analysis of local plans and local area requirements, we're confident that this consideration acts as an INPUT to the process of creating a local plan.

No specific date for frequency update was identified, however it was assumed this would be updated 'ad hoc', as and when an area needed to improve the air quality.

The dataset found is a snapshot in time, so we may need to work further with Defra to ensure we would always have the most up-to-date data.
