Design process stages

Each planning consideration we work on passes through the stages of our design process. At each stage we are trying to learn enough to more on to the next stage.

The data found produced by the Local Government Association is NOT explicitly published under an open licence, nor is it completely up to date. Accessing the links to local authority websites through this map more often than not returns an error 404, being that the page / file is not found. If this is the case, data might need to be collected from local authorities individually which modifies the outlook and time to completion for this data.

As per some research we did, summarised in this blog on an analysis of local plans and local area requirements, we're confident that this consideration acts as an INPUT to the process of creating a local plan.
