Each planning consideration we work on passes through the stages of our design process. At each stage we are trying to learn enough to more on to the next stage.

As per some research we did, summarised in this blog on an analysis of local plans and local area requirements, we're confident that this consideration acts as an INPUT to the process of creating a local plan.

Also, as per this FAQ document produced by Historic England, 'The latest datasets are uploaded to the website on a fortnightly basis.'
However, it is thought that this dataset is likely to be mostly static as World heritage sites are designated by UNESCO and is reviewed on a yearly basis.
